If something shows up and it’s not the vibe, we want to fix it.

Our Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Still in their original condition

If it’s been more than 30 days, reach out anyway. We can’t promise magic, but we can promise we’ll be kind.

• Your order number
  
• What you’re returning
  
• Why it’s not working
  

We’ll send you the next steps.

Return Shipping

Because our pieces are made and shipped through trusted production partners, customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs.

If:

• Your item arrived damaged
  
• There’s a manufacturing defect
  
• We sent the wrong item
  

That’s on us. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds or store credit are issued. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Your bank might take its sweet time after that, but we’ll do our part quickly.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Different colour? Different nervous system experience?

We’re happy to help with exchanges depending on availability. Just reach out and we’ll sort it out together.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale can’t be returned or exchanged. We’ll always make that clear before you check out.

Bottom line:
